We have just released a new film of The Heights Melasti, Chapter Two of the story, on the cliffs of Bali's Bukit peninsula. Not a render, not a promise: finished villas, occupied and sold out, filmed on site.
The Heights is a three-chapter story. It began in the crowded south with Bingin, then Melasti: cliff-side villas built and entirely sold out, delivered to a Kempinski-grade standard by Conceptive. This film is what that standard looks like once the renders are switched off and the owners have moved in.
The reason it matters is simple: the same team, the same standard, is now building The Heights Munduk in the north.
Why we are showing it now
When you buy off-plan, you are buying a promise. The best way to judge a promise is the developer's last delivered project. Melasti is exactly that: proof that what we draw is what we hand over. If you are looking at The Heights Munduk, this film is the closest thing to walking a finished Heights villa before ours is complete.
Chapter Three: The Heights Munduk
Munduk is the boldest chapter, eight five-star villas above the clouds in North Bali, one hour from the island's new international airport, now around 65% built and offered at construction cost. The film below shows the standard; the numbers show the opportunity.
